5 wins in 5! 13 goals in those 5 games, the Daggers we've been waiting for have finally arrived; albeit just a bit too late! The 3-1 victory over Woking on our return to Victoria Road displayed how clinical we've been in recent weeks; ruthless in the box which we haven't been all season. But, it is what we have been in weeks gone by and the main culprits were at it again: Matt Robinson bagging another goal and McCallum finding the net twice!

Also, it saw a continuation of free-flowing, attacking football; creating a lot of chances - another very encouraging sign. With us playing with a great deal of width, it was no surprise to see Will Wright get another two assists, but that's credit to the full back who has been brilliant of late - improving a lot under McMahon.

A very encouraging going into next season, as we still remain seven points off the play-offs I have reason to believe that ship has sailed, but I am confident going into next season - taking heart from recent performances.

I take heart from the recent team performances, here is what YOU thought of the individual efforts on Bank Holiday Monday:

On your ratings, as is often the case, I'm in broad agreement though think that perhaps Jones deserved a little higher perhaps - same with Matt Robinson. I think the midfielder should be included with your '8+ club' as it were, I'm in agreement with the others who do feature however: McCallum, Wright and Justham.

The latter in particular, may seem an outsider of the three, but as is often the case; I look back on the game and think without him we wouldn't have won. That is often more obvious with the goal-scorers and creators, but it's evident how appreciative of Elliot Justham this fanbase is - rightly so!

Let's move to one of those 'goal-creators' though, and YOUR MOTM:

Will was my Man Of The Match too, securing two assists, the final one at a decisive moment in the game - as well as creating a number of chances which just didn't quite lead to goals. The defender has improved significantly this season, hence the talk from McMahon of him being a future Daggers capatain!

Five wins from Five, can the Daggers make it 6? Well, it's onto Saturday for another test where hopefully we see the return of Myles Weston from injury to further bolster our in-form attack!

Thanks for reading,

Keane
